Slaughter made some dumb plays at 1st in game 1 so Mainieri put Coomes at 1st in game 2. Then Coomes had some bad errors in game 2 and Mainieri put in Slaughter and Slaughter had that terrible base running error late in game 2. 1st base was a circus in the CWS final for LSU.
