I also realize we have a bad team pitching and hitting, but at least the pitching has the injury excuse.

Arky’s fan base reminds me of ours in the 1990s. A program that rose to prominence and championship contention. They should have one championship, but for a misplayed pop up. They have a great game day atmosphere. Unlike ours which has jumped the proverbial shark. I don’t mind them celebrating. I yearn for that feeling again.

I’m a huge homer but we have issues across the board

Yep. Hess never progressed from his freshman season, Walker hasn't come close to bouncing back from his Tommy John despite being nearly 2 years removed from it, Peterson regressed, and only 1 of the freshman crop emerged as a half-decent option before he missed a month.
There's plenty of arms that could've stepped up. None of them did.
