I think LSU can jump an undefeated UO if we beat UF in the SECCG.

ND has a legit schedule, if they go undefeated, they deserve it.

K-State is going to lose, probably this week.

UO would have a much weaker schedule than LSU, and they are till suffering an image problem from the skull fricking that LSU laid on them last year in Dallas.

I'm not saying it's a sure thing, but it's a strong possiblity.

Right now Oregon, Notre Dame, and Kansas State are all undefeated and ahead of LSU. If at least 2 of those 3 win out, they will play in the title game.

K State has to play an angry WVU team in Morgantown

They're going to lose

USC will take care of one of the 2 out of Oregon and ND or possibly even both of them

I think K state will lose this week to WV plus slip up in another game down the line, ND will lose to Oklahoma and USC IMO. Oregon has a legit shot at going unbeaten with USC being the only game I see them tripping up in.
All that said, we have to take care of our business and hope we're one of the last 2 when the dust settles

Remember that 2 of the 3 do not have conference championship games which could come back to hurt both of those teams. Especially if there is a strong 1 loss SEC team who has won their conference championship game.

What about rutgers? They are 6-0 and play in a bcs conference.

I have to agree with you since on espn the other night they were playing up Oregon's offense being able to hold their own against a top SEC defense. Probably referring to Alabama. Trying to talk up the NC game I suppose.

No way KState makes it undefeated. It's also going to be pretty hard for Notre Dame to make it. Oregon very well could but sweeping USCw will be pretty hard. But hypothetically, lets say LSU wins out. We could have a pretty incredible résumé with wins over #3 USCe, #1 Bama, and very possibly a rematch with a #1 Florida if they make it to the champ game undefeated. In that case even if both ND and Oregon are undefeated, I say we go in over Oregon

Voters won't let that happen IMO. We're gonna need a little help, but I think we'll get it. Long way to go.

LSU controls their destiny to the number 1 goal, the SEC championship, so you are wrong.

At this point a 1 loss SEC team will always be first in line of the other one loss teams, but not ahead of undefeateds from within the BCS.

I Disagree. Right now you couldn't have a legit NCG without an SEC team. A one loss SEC champ is in.

The only time undefeated BCS teams have been left out is in favor of OTHER undefeatd BCS teams.

On the other hand, the only time a single conference has been champ 6 times straight is never.

Ok.

Btw-Kansas St. plays West Virginia in Morgantown (one week after West Virginia got their butts handed to them by an unranked Texas Tech team) West Virginia will be out for redemption.

ND plays BYU this week and then they go to Norman to play OU. OU, USC, or both will beat ND. They're not going through that undefeated.

LSU would jump ND

I highly doubt that. ND has yet to play Oklahoma and USC. Their schedule is strong this year.

LSU just needs to score more points than their opponents each week IMHO

I'm in agreement with everyone that most if not all of the undefeateds will drop a game.

Most teams schedules are backloaded and most of the undefeateds have all their hardest games left.

Well worded and probably absolutely correct this season after the SEC BCS title game. The country does not want to see the SEC win again and this is about the only way that the SEC is not represented in Miami. However, lots of football to be played. Good point!
