I'm tired of reading the crap honestly. I can't wait to see Darren Thomas get murdered...I wouldn't be surprised if we pick up 7+ sacks, and hold them to one or two.

How do you know Oregon can catch the ball, or that oregon can play defense. They are replacing all of those key positions...
I don't.
But neither do you. And neither do you know if LSU can replace the players they lost by the draft or suspension.
I'm not trying to be negative. I just don't see how someone can be baffled by another person picking Oregon.

Lee, Mett, Ware, OBJ, Boone, Wright, DeLo Pete, Magee. Should I continue or is that enough? We WILL score points, BOOK IT!

I just think Oregon is all around just as unproven as we are.

Oregon still has their top 2 proven play makers on offense.
LSU? Eh, a few bright spots and potential, but any true playmakers? Not really as of yet.

A lot of people believe the bar fight distraction is quite a big deal.
We shall see.

LSU getting no respect, and I love it!

And don't think for a second that ware, ford and randle are playmakers. They are quite proven, and that of the hoof

Matt Hayes sporting news picked LSU to win as did 2 of 3 "experts" on yahoo sports. Not everyone picking against us.

Have yet to see this, FWIW.
Players voted Lee as the captain

Both have looked rather pedestrian.
proving my point here..

How do we know the other receivers can catch the ball?
Perhaps because they're receivers? also when's the last time you heard Miles gush about shep? (OBJ)

You are laughable. The last few times oregon has played a legit team, they have lost....boise state, ohio state, auburn.....
As for lsu's playmakers....I'll take my chances with ware and randle...randle is a stud. He might not get the chances with JJ, but he will with Lee. Ware has shown what he can do. I fully expect ware to be one of the top 5 lsu backs ever before he leaves. It's not as if boone/wright are bad...they both played very well with a bad qb last year. Not to mention a few of our fresh wr's. I am just as comfortable, if not moreso, with boone/wright in the game as shep...I think they are better wr's at this point in time. Maybe shep will come on and prove me wrong, I hope so. Also, let's not forget D. Peterson.....dude is an instant matchup problem and can be a bigtime playmaker. LSU's offense will be light years better than the past two years...and the D will get better yet again this year........I know you try to be negative...but seriously...wtf has oregon ever done? I think they have beaten what, 4 top 10 teams in their history......so please, spare me.....LSU may win, or LSU may lose...but all of this off-field shite will be out the window......the defense will be dominant....and watch for RR and DP to have huge games recieving....and Ware to rush for >100

just fail to see how they think we are so bad off. I don't care what they have to say because WE WILL OWN BOTH LINES...College football is run around the line of scrimage. The sooner these "experts" learn that fact, the sooner they will make better picks. Whoever ownes the line of scrimage owns the game
This times 1000000.
To be fair, LSU is being picked to win too. Few example: spencer tillman, Tim brando, cowterd, Mike hugenin, Tom dienhart, etc..
All these people realize football games are won up front.

I'm a Duck fan and LSU definately has my respect. I think the Media likes to play both sides to create interest. I wouldn't bet a penny on the game. I really have know idea which way it's going to go. To many variables on each side.
