So, prior to Miles LSU won the SEC West two times, both with Saban. And prior to Saban, LSU had 2 SEC titles in over a 29 year period.

And this board wants to fire the current coach that has won the SEC West 3 times, with 2 SEC titles, over the last 11 years. Un-frickin-believable.

So we won zero in the '90s, but 3 in Miles' tenure is bad? Okay.
How many SEC Coaches have won more than 3 SEC division titles in the modern era? (I have no idea, I'm really asking)

I don't see any point in doing the East Division; only Meyers has won the SEC in the last 10 years!

And to think, Saban was 5-3 in the SEC in 2001, won the SEC and the worshipers consider him a God. Miles was 5-3 in 2015 and the worshipers want to only point out that he isn't Saban.

You people bruise my mind when you make this comparison. One is a year we get blown out 3 straight games and finish in the Texas Bowl during a down SEC year. Another is a year we win the final 6 game of the year and win the SEC and win the Sugar Bowl in a down SEC year. Yet one is the 2nd year of a coach and the other is the 11th.

frick, its like arguing with a fricking woman. It's like you do not want to admit to yourself that LSU is in a downward slide.

I am not a Miles' hater, but I do have common sense and it is common sense to know the difference in those two fricking years.

It's too early to get this worked up haha. I need a tRant break.

Halman and Dinardo would have done MUCH better than Miles if they had followed Saban. There was no budget for top Assistants and no state of the art facilities. An average coach such as Miles that can't even spell clock management has done as well as he has. Just think what a real or even decent coach would have done. THINK ABOUT IT- his best recruiting class he ever had was 29th and then he comes to LSU and now he's known as a great recruiter. Unbelievable

real intelligent, it's 2001 and Saban hasn't even finished unpacking. Forget Saban, When Miles leaves LSU and has very few success in Coaching what are all the Mile lovers excuse will be then. Can't wait.

Wrong. Saban inherited nearly a dozen Dinardo Recruits who went on to play in the NFL. A number of them were key contributors to both of Saban's SEC titles and the national title.

2013-2015 is the only 3 year period since 1993--1995 that there was not a 1st or 2nd finish.

2016 is an important year for the program.

Not that it matters--they both suck, but we finished tied for 3rd this year and tied for 4th last year. Tie breakers are meant determine #1, they don't distinguish 3rd from 4th. Plenty of reasons to criticize Miles, lets just be intellectually honest.

Nope. You're either:

1. SEC West Champion
2. Not the SEC West Champion

If you ain't first, you're last.
