Terror, depending on when you go to the gate you'll get in free with your UGA ID, regardless of sellout. They hold (it's either 200 or 600, I can't remember) student tickets for gameday, so you just walk up, show your ID, and they give you a general admission ticket and let you in. As for buying tickets, I've only had to do it once and it was during postseason after students sold out, but there will be scalpers outside selling tickets just like any other sporting event.
