I enjoy Kiffin’s troll persona online, but just keep politics out of LSU football. You gain little (if anything) while potentially alienating a number of people.
Good players / coaches / funding sources will have a broad spectrum of backgrounds, values, and opinions.
I know this post will be downvoted because I know this board, but like it or not — even our vocal wal mart fans know deep down this is the truth.

I'm as MAGA as they come but this was an unforced error by Lane..glad to see him delete the tweet. No need to delve into politics w/ the country as divided as ever.

People on social media already picked it up and ran with it. They’re saying don’t send your black son to play at LSU bc the coach is MAGA. They then talk about him deleting the post but it’s too late.
