I'm on 80 east and we are moving fine. The sooner you can get on 80 the better. Don't wait till Longview.

US 80 to Marshall is our route. Traffic is moving relatively well. I would get on 80 after Tyler if I were still back there.

You guys be sure to chill, don't get all stressed out and speed and get yourself killed.
Enjoy each other's company, eat some luch, who cares if you lose two/three hours of a crappy, rainy Sunday.
You just witnessed an HISTORIC LSU-beatdown.

We took exit 589b (hwy 31) to hwy 80. No traffic until Hallsville this way. Traffic is backing up in Hallsville now.

Update: Once through Hallsville, we decided to stay on 80. Traffic is heavy but moving at about 40 mph. Could have headed back to 20 at hallsville but didnt want to take the chance.

Update: We did not want to sit in traffic in marshall so we took county road 3102. It was very bumpy but only stayed on it for 1.5 miles. Dead ends and made a left on 968. Made a right on 3251 which takes u back to I 20. There are hardly any cars.

Take the gladewater exit (highway 271). It'll take you directly to US80 and the speed limit is 70 with no traffic.
