wasn't the two headed monster of malveto allowed to find other jobs and not fired? My point is, les never fires coaches (rule breakers aside) so something must have changed.
And "heat" doesn't have to come from the admin. It can come from himself recognizing the competition in the west is getting stronger (as already posted).

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over while expecting a different result. You always get what you always got when you always do what you've always done. 4 10 win seasons is great... But to get 11 or more wins something has to change. Change is good!!!!

Crowton was fired...spin was he "left" for Maryland.
Mallory and Bradley Dale were both fired, but spun off as if they "left".
