Just why do you think Burrow chose LSU over all other schools. It was always gonna be Burrow . Very few athletes tend to want to stay at a school where basically they would be ends , ends of the bench that is.

Very excited to see the defense play against another team. Played with a lot of confidence and swagger. Great communication and leadership

who knows how accurate these are but if 8 passes were dropped that would make a HUGE difference.

8 weren't all from Burrow.

Ah yes, here’s where the rant wets their pants over scrimmage stats. Every freakin year.

Wait, does this pants wetting mean people are excited or afraid?

or just plain ole incontinent

Some steps forward today, some steps backwards it seems.

Drops: it's anyone's guess. My guess is the "chemistry" issue. We know Brennan throws a fairly catchable ball; we're pretty sure so does Burrow. So that's not it. The "chemistry" issue is a manifestation of the QBs not yet comfortable with the plays (playbook) and the timing of it all. The WRs are probably contributing to the timing being off, so is the defensive pressure.

In short, they aren't on the same page and comfortable yet. You normally see some of this even at this time of the year. But this was a hump they knew they had to get over, so they should be better about it now. So I'm saying progress is behind schedule. And it is worrisome. Soon they start non-camp practices. That's a hard line there.

Explain this? Bama and uga are only schools that have out recruited us. Tell me why we are expected to lose to multiple first year head coaches and how that's ok

I'm not saying it's ok, or that there is no blame.

But, we are replacing 3 OL, our RB, both WRs, our QB, and our OC.

Keep living in denial if you want.

sorry but this really comes off as whining.

You post this

quote:

who gives a frick about "every year". ALL that matters is this year. and the defense is ALWAYS ahead of the offense in august (that is, if the defense is worth a damn). there is much more coordination and quality execution required on the offense side of the ball than the defense. and offensive failures show up in the stats; where a defensive misque or missed tackle, etc does not.

Follow by this.

Irony.

They show up as yards completions and TDS

I know Those mistakes don’t show up in our scrimmages...

Not a surprise. Scrimmage thread turns into fire coach o thread.
On OT, I-10 traffic thread. Solution is fire Coach O.
Food Board - chicken wings not crispy: fire Coach O.
