Not really important. Anyone who bases making the tournament on 1 game against a shitty State team has no business in the postseason anyway. Looking at how LSU couldn't even handle teams like Auburn, Alabama, and Georgia, what makes you think they can handle tournament teams. You want to make the tournament? You take care of business that way asswipes like Tim Weiser can't psycho babble and have no choice but select you into the tournament.

and... so is 10 stranded base runners in every game, and ... numerous runners thrown out stealing, and ... starters left in too long, ...and give away outs for pointless bunts ,...and errors. Wow, looks like there's not a player or coach who wasn't someway involved in this season...but join the coach and blame one or two guys.

I'm not blaming it on 1 or 2 guys mr. overreactor. I'm looking at that as an important factor on our lack of success this season. Of course there are other issues, as I have addressed them before.
