Nutt can't be upset. If he didn't like it he could have called a timeout and that would have signaled to Les it was game on.

Agree. It was not an attempt to show up Ole Miss. I put TV analysts one step below below sue happy lawyers. They spend more time on "their negative thoughts" than reporting the game. I would - and at times do - watch LSU or any game in MUTE. Why not? I know what is going on.

Question for yall.

Which is more disrespectfull, LSU kneeling with 5 minutes left or Bama's starting QB throwing a TD pass with 44 seconds left while leading 38-21?

Ole Miss was a mangy dog with worms hanging out its arse. The humane thing would have been to drop the hammer and put it down. Les tried to feed it some kibble.

It further humiliates a team playing at home. Mett's previous run was a TD anyway. Les should have fed Copeland for a score.

Not literally, Nutt should have just told him that was total disrespect.

Yeah, so Miles could laugh in his face and say, "Whatever. Se you next year... oh wait, no I won't."

The bootleg, that's why.

Guarantee Mett called an audible that play, then Les shut it down after that.

Les wanted to run the clock out and not hang a 50pt differential on Nutt.

Then Mett calls the bootleg, its far more successful than he dreamed. He scored. Anyone with a DVR can see that if they know what "breaking the plane" means. That fricks up both the plan to not hang 50 on Ole Piss, and run the clock out. That's not a frick up on Mett's part, nor is it something Les is pissed at him about. He did exactly what he was supposed to, and it was more successful than he imagined it would be.

Les doesn't call for review, and the runs the clock out on a knee.

here's a surprise. You're overreacting and looking for any way possible to criticize les miles after a win. It's impressive how you keep finding ways to do this.

how far will people go to kiss MIles A - -,

even to interpret HIS THOUGHTS for him.

a classy move w/ about a min left....agree.
with 5 min..wrong..

too many other negative messages attached to the move for our players to feed off on.

How far people will go to try to cause controversey. Just admit that you don't like Miles. He's 11-0 and I'll trust his judgements over your opinions any time. Stop the Hating.

Can people TRY to show class without being called out for it.

there are many ways to show class w/out extremes.

sorry, at the 5 min mark is extreme..almost to the point of possibly being read as ARROGANCE.

...had we done it a t the 1 min... classy.
if I was a coach and someone did that to me at the 5 min mark, I would have been pissed.

that SINGLE action, brought more negative attention to the Ole Miss level of loss than if we would have scored. almost as if he was showing pity .. which it would insult anyone with a fighting spirit.
