If I’m Nuss I throw BK directly under the bus and then back over him.

re: The Death of Robin Hood

Kevin Costner’s Robin Hood is my favorite. I mean if you could have replaced Costner with another actor it wouldn’t be a contest. It’s a really solid flick from a story perspective.

Why doesn't he just do that in cincy?
correct. If Joe is magic and can make bad lines great by his mere presence then why does Cindy’s line suck so bad?

Is it that hard to admit that our Joe Moore award winning line from the best football team in history was actually good?

Burrow + Clyde’s spin move helped make that OL look a lot better than it actually was.
Burrow and Clyde made them look so good that it tricked NFL teams into drafting them and letting them start in the league for multiple years.

Genius level take.
He only coached one of the the best OL units in LSU history. A welcome addition to be sure.

This was the worst Offense we LSU fans have seen in our life time. No wonder we had to settle for so many field goals.
yeah - and Ramos made a lot of them. If it weren’t for him we probably wouldn’t have been bowl eligible.
I dunno. It’s a 9:15 kickoff.

Additional benefits lie on the tax side. If Walker paid the employees the bonus out of his proceeds that money would've been taxed 1) when Walker received it from the purchasers of the company and 2) later when the employees received it from Walker.
it’s likely an asset sale - if walker paid the employees he would get the deduction. It’s not taxed twice. In fact he gets a decent portion taxed at capital gains rates and an ordinary deduction for the wages paid out. Tax arbitrage on that is about 15%.

The vesting thing sounds more like phantom stock. He awarded people who stayed with him for 5 years. It’s not that they stay with the buyer for 5 years.

It’s a good thing he did - not really making sense why the buyer would care what he did with his money.
I think it’s hilarious. It’s the same over the top Michigan stuff he always does. Laugh a little. It’ll be okay - besides you getting big mad only plays into it.

Just got out and one of the first movies in a while that I didn’t want to end, and it’s 2.5 hours if that tells you anything. Great movie, great story, and great
agreed. I really liked this movie. Probably my favorite of the year. The way things unfolded it was almost like a Coen Brothers movie. It’s not “Rocky but with ping pong” so if you’re expecting that you’ll be disappointed. Very well acted all the way through - this is the first movie where I get Timothy Chalemet. Paltrow was great as well.

I can't name a team that's not somewhat disappointed with their Oline this year.
this is true. 2019 O Line won the Joe Moore award and many here still thought they sucked and gave all the credit to Burrow (??). Then several went on the play in the NFL.

But yeah our Oline was embarrassing this year.

he would not agree to sell his company if prospective buyer Eaton did not earmark 15% of the proceeds for its employees
I don’t get how this was a negotiating point. They’re buying your company for $1.7B - what you do with the $1.7B is typically not something the buyer would have control over.

He hates playing basketball so much

Y'all sure were excited when the rumor was he'd be joining the LSU staff. What changed?
we’re only a couple of steps away from comparing a coaching change to an ex girlfriend.
Thought he did a great job as D Line coach this year. I wouldn’t have minded keeping him but Lucas is definitely an upgrade.
