Nobody goes to rehab for weed unless forced to by an authority (judge, employer, lsu compliance, etc.) Going to rehab for weed alone is ridiculous. Anyone who disagrees is naive about addiction and treatment.

Smoking weed is not illegal and never has been, possession is illegal.
You don't go to jail for doing drugs you go to jail for having illegal drugs in your possession. Ingesting illegal drugs do have consequences

I once smoked weed with a chimpanzee, but that was back in the day... when it was felonious. But not for chimps.

Of course. It is a drug that reduces pain and stays in your body for a long time. A player that feels less pain will perform better than one that feels hurt. That is why Burrow took injections for the game last year. The drugs mask issues and reduces pain. A person using weed will feel less pain and soreness than the player that does not use it. That is an advantage.

Wow. I'm done. Too much ignorance in this thread

Honestly you can go for anything! One guy went because he kept cheating on his wife, who just had their baby and was hot.

The thing is that in the working world not all companies use the same set of rules. One could go work somewhere else and have no problems at all. Similar to to recruits who want to play in the SECW. That's the distinction that the "rules are rules, just follow them" crowd need to understand.

Lol. That's not how it works. Just because there are trace amounts of the drug that your body has to process, that doesn't mean that you still feel the effects of the drug. If that was the case people wouldn't have to smoke for another 30 days or take another pill every 4-6 hours for pain.

Isn’t this an NCAA violation? I thought I saw a program get sanctions recently for a coach that gave rides to players.

In Alabama you get to rape girls with plungers and can't qualify anywhere else but somehow get an NFL career too

There are young people that say you can’t get addicted to pot.
When I was in my late teens up to mid 20’s I smoked pot every day. When I did not have Pot, I would not get sick like a person would from opioids but I was miserable. If I didn’t have a joint when I woke up, I didn’t want to do anything. All I thought about was finding weed. If wasn’t a physical addiction but it was a mental one for about a decade. I stopped smoking around 2000 because of work. I had a family and had to be clean to make a good living. Now that it’s been 20 years, I see how bad I was at least infatuated with pot to a fault. It cost me from making top money and taking opportunities that would have been great for me and my family because all I wanted to do is smoke weed. When I was 25 I thought it was stupid for weed to be illegal and said all the things I hear said here now. It’s hard to stop smoking when you are smoking every day. I’m glad I did and I would never be where I am today if I hadn’t stopped. The players that smoke don’t see it as a vice and if they are in the grip of it, it is hard to stop when you don’t want to. A player in the full grip of that mentality may choose pot over football.

I was told That Boy Mike was a roommate with Arden Key...
apparently when Key was struggling he would come home to Mike not making things easy for Key to stay clean.

Is that true? Was Key and Divinity roommates?
