Look i get it. I was a season ticket holder after the ULL Nit game when he called timeout. Looked at my then wife and said “we are getting season tickets next year.” Haven’t had them since he left not only because of that but if we got someone who could excite me to spend the money, bring in players and win…. I’d get them again. Even when I can only go to 4 or 5 games a year. Wades last year I missed every home game because of work.

I like Wade but regardless we need a home run hire that gets to the tournament every year. Hell dale did so we know it can be done.

Because basketball isn’t one of those sports you jump into the coaches pool this early. If is it will be after his last game of the season.

Wade was a cool dude. Always stopped and bs with me and my nephew when I had season tickets. Talked about players from the coast and players from the past. Never felt rushed to move on to talk to someone else,
Wade wants to be John wooden (titles wise). If he gets the support he can win here. We saw it.
Wish Mac was more successful but it’s hard to get excited when it’s not consistent.
Anyone who doesn’t want Wade here I question if they really care about the program or the fan base.

I was there when he beat Kentucky, and the SMU game was a big deal like it or not. While I’m not happy tonight like the rest of us, personally it drives me crazy Mac isn’t more successful.

I was in class till the end of the first quarter then raced home and watched with my now ex in-laws, ex wife and my daughter who takes losses harder than I do.

I can teach anyone how to be an electrician…. If you want to learn and show up everyday ready to learn. Not everyone can do that.
