so which teams have offered you a job, clown?

unless you've travelled the country exploring what every coach is doing around the country to get their teams ready to play football, then you, or SFP, or this illinois guy can not say that.

I have not seen results on the field, nor results at the combine, that lead me to believe that he is head and shoulders above other S&C coaches at comparable high-major programs.
again, you must be SFP brother or some shite with all this combine talk
Moffitt is paid by LSU to get the players ready to play FOR LSU.
Not to work on their combine numbers.
and like someone said, LSU has THE MOST PLAYERS from any college in the NFL. Right now.
and of course its hard to pick the best, but he has 2 national title teams at LSU, and had his part in 1 in Miami and one at Tennesee.
show me a better resume'.

First off,
Secondly, you were born on May 15, 1980 so essentially you have maybe 10 years of legititment experience as a advocate in your field.....and I'm being generous.
So basically your a 1st year resident telling an anesthesiologist how to run a surgical case........
Now go the frick on Mr BRfit.......you don't know shite about shite in your 29 years on this planet regardless of who you've trained or where you've trained......
Your experience and legitimacy is comical.

just some loose terms there
training the 3rd string RB at Southern U isnt exactly what I would compare to what Moffitt does..
Or training a "professional" athlete....New Orleans Vodoo??? Zephyrs? Baton Rouge Blaze? An NFL starter? practice squad player? Someone that thinks he can play in the NFL but never will??
just a lot of gray area
but ive agreed with your other posts in this thread, so ill lay off. YOu dont have to tell me anything. I can always admire someone that doesnt blindly look at things

Fellas....lets not argue. Lets be objective here.
LSU has been gassed at the end of the last two seasons. Start off well, and by the seasons end we are more gassed than the other fellas. Our line is getting pushed around like little girls (the last two years) and the big uglies on LSU look like they are in the 4th quarter by halftime.
Its no coincidence that LSU has played sluggish at the end of the last two years and looked like gangbusters a month later, in the bowl game. BECAUSE, at seasons end this team is gassed, moreso than the opposition. A month rest and they look great compared to the opposition. Mere coincidence?
Our run production dropped steadily last year after mid season. It was non existent late in the year.
Rational discussion. I don't think LSU players are as conditioned as the opposition. IF you can find some argument, rational one please...I a totally open to it.

you wouldn't even be a candidate for a high school job, let alone college or NFL, both of which routinely try to pull Moffitt away from LSU.

that's not my real birthday. I never said I knew it all. I know enough to know that Moffitt ain't the be all end all when it comes whether LSU is prepared for a football season. All I'm sayin IS THERE ARE PLENTY OF PEOPLE THAT COULD DO HIS JOB AND HE IS NOT THE REASON, ONE WAY OR ANOTHER THAT LSU SUCKS. Now frick off

you think Moffitt all of a sudden changed what he does the last 2 years that has worked for hte previous 20 or so years?
shove rational up your arse. I can tell you it has nothing do with conditioning and everything to do with throwing a QB like Andrew Hatch out there and making bad coaching decisions

Gotcha. Rationale out the window.

Not to crawfish, but FWIW I think its more Les than Moffit. TM was trotting out beast after beast at Da U and UT while Okie State trotted out prospects like the amazingly unathletic Woods brothers.
The buck stops with Les.

It all depends on your needs.

Good point, taken......May be, don't know...but there is a problem.

quote:Thank you. Training A-Rod doesn't make you a great trainer. An athlete is an athlete in my book. It's the what you do to improve them. The gap between where they were and where you helped them to get. If I get a marginal player a scholly to southern instead of not playin at all, I've done my job. Helping LT run for 1300 yards instead of 1250 is of no interest to me, except the fact that "wow, i'm training LT" Get it?
