the loser of the usc/osu game should automatically be banned from the bcs championship game this year if they are as good as they are hyped up to be then 1 of them should go undefeated with the candy conferences they are in all the high ranked teams played smaller schools so its hard to say how they will perform under a little pressure i do think it is LSU's year to beat auburn and the refs away hate to say it but from the games i saw bama looked the best even though clemson could have been a lil overanked so early but my guess is

okla/LSU

Florida ... injuries ... out!

Georgia ... injuries ... 2 OL ... out!

OSU ... Beanie say ... I think I felt a POP ... doesn't matter as they'll lose against USC and 1 other during the year ... overrated ... again.

USC ... Looks like their year with a big win in Columbus ... it's theirs to give away.

LSU ... One of three likely

Mizzou/Okla winner ... likely

USC vs LSU or Mizzou/OU winner

USC vs OU. SEC is gonna kill each other this year. No way anyone comes out with less than 2 losses. OSU w/o Wells is done. They will be competitive, as the Big 10 has always had to prepare for the best team in the PAC. SC will kill Choklahoma again.

worst case scenario is OSU and SC play a tight game and they try to start that shite with the OSU/MICH game in 2006. That was a nice try by the Big X. However, I think people are tiring of the OU smoke and mirrors though. Maybe the horns give em a game

ESPN would like the teams with the overall weak conferences to play. USC and Ohio Stae. All ESPN can talk about is LSU's nonconference opponemts. Even so, SEC opponents outmatch anybody USC and Ohio State play combined.

Sorry, my crystal ball is out of service...just kidding.
The critical part is how the SEC teams beat each other. If an SEC team gets to the BCS NC, I think they will win....
not sure if that will happen.
If Beaney Wells injury is bad, Ohio State may not be the one. Unfortunately, USC has a clear road to the game.
Weak schedule and no Conference Champ game. Ohio St may be the only one that can de-rail them...but they will need BW.
......USC does have a couple of teams to play later in the season that could be peaking at the right time.
1) usc-okla or 2) usc-oh st
God I hope I am wrong on the

i think with the talent and numbers that usc throws out there, they will be in the game with either oklahoma or a one loss ohio state. with both the pac 10 and big 10 down a little i am leaning towards a usc - ohio state rematch w/ usc winning again.

I would have thought people clicking on a thread titled "Predictions", could give predictions.....not lame arse replies.

I would have thought you would have read my whole post and not just the end. I did make a prediction.

Injuries often times decide who will play for the National Championship. Since injuries are unpredictable so will be the last 2 standing. Injuries almost kept us out of the NCG. I think W. Virginia has the easiest road to be honest, they just need to learn how to play some defense. I think the Big 12 might just beat itself up this year with T. Tech making a surge. OU has the weapons in place to make the run though. The SEC will kill itself this year. Georgia and Florida already have the injury bug. Obviously the OSU and USC match will go a long way and I wouldnt be surprised to see a rematch if both win the rest of their games.

So... W. Virgina, OU, OSU, USC, LSU (defense wins championships)
