Lol, yeah so if lsu ran a jet sweep everytime instead if the toss dive to LF, it would have had better results? He would have scored more long runs? What about with Jeremy Hill?

I don't think most of the posters here realize how multiple Canada can be. Go watch Northern Illinois when he was there, then NC State, and Pitt. He can run any type of offense with success. He's done it. He truly does utilize his teams strengths and makes the defense honor every threat.
Like Aranda said, by the end of the spring our defense will be ready for every type of offense bc of the way Canada challenges a defense

I bet we did average close to 10 yards per toss dive, just not against alabama.
Both Fournette and Guice average 8 yards a pop. they've both broken plenty of big runs off the toss dive.
It's still a stupid play b/c you can't do play action off it but the actual play isn't some destined to be no gain type of play. Our predictably was, not the act of "tossing" it back for a running play.
