"Jennings will start from day one against the small school to get him reps in preparation to start the rest of the year. The rant will implode over the false hopes they harbored all summer."
And I'll be smiling knowing my decision not to renew my season tickets was a great call. hehehe

"The dilemma at LSU under Les is that he's not worried that much of having the next dynamic passer--he wants someone who can play within the system, limit mistakes, and move the chains on 3rd down. There is nothing wrong with this line of thinking. "
That's the same thinking that leaves us with 2nd rate QBs compared to Sou Cal, Georgia, Fla St, etc.

Harris will emerge as a talented QB

When I read that JJ had the lowest score possible at an NFL combine it only confirmed what we already knew. In 2011 The team was running on all cylinders before Aleva reinstated him. His presence with the team was a disruption and he didn't have the talent or mental ability to succeed. He just didn't turn dumb at the combine.
Jennings hasn't shown us anything that would place him in a leadership position with a skill set or mental ability. He was given the position because he was the lesser of two evils at that time. He has reinforced his lack of mental capability by putting himself in his present situation with the law and the team, and like JJ he doesn't have the playing skills to compensate for his lack of brains.
Hopefully Miles learns from his mistakes and makes a better decision this time around.

I don't think anyone outside of Les and Cam know who will start against Mcneese, and hell, they might not even know yet. That being said, whether it's AJ or BH, when is the last time we've opened up the playbook and aired it out against one of these smaller schools just playing for a payday...? You know Les is gonna go out and "not show MSU the playbook." If it's BH, I would agree with holding some things under the curtain, but there's enough film out there on AJ that I don't think it would matter what we do against Mcneese(if he starts).
Just do what he did against NMST last year. Damn near the same offense minus two OL.
