There is no general seating at the box.
You can buy a "standing room only" ticket and stand upstairs on the concourse. There ends up being a bunch of open seats for most games so you can normally just find an empty seat.
Gold Seat ushers will give some push back. We sit in the green seats and have friends move and come sit by us all the time during the game. Most of the time the ushers by us don't care and there is no issue unless it's a big game/regional.
