Dunno. Maybe.
In 2006, didn't Miles make comments after we won the Arkansas game that the best team wasn't representing the SECw, or somesuch.
In 2007, he certainly was advocating for us with 2-OT losses.
He may have not been on TV (let's admit that he probably doesn't have the best TV personality). But he certainly would be vocal in the same way I believe.

I gotta say I haven't hated him today. He has actually said several times that we are the best team right now. I think we should be comfortable enough with Miles by now to not have to hate on everything Saban does.
