Pro Tip:
Don’t walk from downtown to the stadium. There’s a few sketchy neighborhoods along the way. Take an Uber or Lyft or the CATS Shuttle bus. Info here LINK
You won’t be able to (legally) carry open alcohol until you get onto campus, so I would just wait until you arrive and stop at one of the numerous gas stations or the CVS on Highland and buy what you need.
If you’re by yourself, purchase a cheap small shoulder cooler and some ice and beer. That way you can ditch the cooler before heading into the stadium.
As far as on campus is concerned. It’s open-container friendly, but just don’t get out of hand with it.
