Just like each season until SEC play starts, men's basketball is Schrödinger's paper tiger. We don't know until January if we are a 1 win or 3 win SEC team.
Luckily, after game 5 or so, it reverts to a superposition of quantum states because no intelligent observer would attend the ensuing dumpster fire.

Chicken, that is astute and very commendable. Why do they make everything so dang difficult?

Most excellent. I got a nice laugh from that. Thank you.

If he is able to bring saban on, he will be permanent AD. If he says saban might be interested, then every school with an opening will be bothering Saban. With what Verge said, it causes less headache for saban while he is mulling over whether or not to accept LSU's offer. Has Saban actually come out publicly and said he is not going to return to football and that he appreciates LSU'S offer but no thanks?

Special emphasis on the word “Acts”

exactly, no one can prove if Verge is the AD
Or, NOT the ad.
I love it.

Many times. Let it go.

Quantum mechanics amounts to nothing more than a theoretical construct much like relativity. They are both based on unprovable assumptions, but OK.
Umm sure, except for large parts of relativity including time dilation have been proven with physical experiments multiple times ie. the Hafele-Keating experiment.

What is the sound of a one-handed Verge clapping?

Sorry, but that proved nothing. The basic assumption of relativity that light has a constant velocity no matter the frame of reference is an assumption. But it all rests on a claim of an absolute vacuum which has never been physically demonstrated. Further, no one has proven that the velocity of light is the same east-west as west-east which would support this magical quality of the velocity of light. The experiment would be simple enough, but no one has undertaken it.
In a series of exquisite and well conducted experiments over many years, Dayton Miller proved the ether drift which undermine the whole of relativity. He repeatedly measured this drift at 8-10 km/s relative to the earth and proved it correlated with sidereal time i.e. matching it with the rotation of the stars not the sun. This proved the existence of aether through which light and all electromagnetic waves travel. His work was better designed and executed compared to the oft cited Michelson-Morely experiment in the late 19th century. The very assertion of the existence of an absolute vacuum is absurd on its face and contradicts what even mainstream astronomy once claimed, but later revised. Relativity is nothing more than a faith statement.
“The observed periodic displacements are real. They cannot be dismissed as errors of observation.”
— D.C. Miller, Rev. Mod. Phys. 5, 203 (1933)
