The people that make these decisions are, in a sense, the same greedy corporate scum that is often talked about on the OT and Poli boards. Don't forget where your money is actually going. It's going to a corporation, and they don't give a damn about you. They only care about maximizing $. They may be purple and gold, but that's where the similarities end. Do with that information what you may.
ETA: SWB and Paul Murphy are going to enjoy your seats. Who am I kidding? They probably have a suite on the taxpayers' dime, because it's catered.

I have a hall of fame parking pass and really good seats. In 30 years it’s happened 3 times. I paid $140 for three games and parking pass this weekend. Not going to come close on the secondary market for that price.

My point about the 18 tickets is simply that there is a TAF fee associated with every ticket. That is not enough loyalty for LSU. You have go go above and beyond to expect loyalty. And to the moron who is claiming that it is BS because nobody gives 16 tickets away. I don't. I use two tickets and scramble for money for the folks that use them.

I get being mad but I feel the anger is aimed at the wrong people. It’s the NCAA that makes LSU reserve a section in the grandstands.
Also it should probably be pointed out that those seats are not part of the season ticket package. You got your seats that you paid for and paid TAF fees for. Postseason tickets are totally different. Part of it is that the tickets are the NCAA’s tickets and LSU just gets a percentage of those sales. NCAA gets the majority.
Again I get being mad that the tickets you want have been moved but I’m not sure what people think LSU can do about it.

I’ve always hated this, but isn’t it the NCAA and not LSU?
The only suggestion I have is to move your seats to LF. It’s cheaper, no TAF fees…We have a blast-and they never move us in post season.

I think it’s not so much moving that’s the problem from him from reading it. Moving for the other teams fans he gets. Moving for politicians and high rollers who haven’t stepped foot in the stadium all year to get the seats you’ve been paying for for years is what’s making him mad. Maybe I’m wrong. Maybe it is the location he’s being moved to, but it doesn’t sound like it. That’s a legitimate gripe imo

But the whole section is being moved no matter what. There may be a possibility that all those seats are not taken by the opposing team so people that know people in the program will have access to them.
I get complaining about that but how do you stop it?

Because the original ticket holder that wanted tickets for the game would have already paid for the tickets in the other sections.
Also how is it a scam? Unfair? Sure but it’s not a scam. These games ARE NOT part of the season ticket package you bought before the season. Being a season ticket holder you have first chance to buy tickets for the postseason but you are not guaranteed to be in the same seats if your section is relocated. You can choose to still buy the tickets or not.

They aren’t losing tickets they paid for tho. They paid for tickets during the regular season. This is postseason and all tickets have to be purchased.
