I'm not 100% sure how to do it, I know it wasn't easy when I did it for the LSU Tulane football game last year. Might want to search through threads, someone posted all the correct steps on how to do it and a good site to go to for the proxy link. I'll try to find it and post if I can. I think it was the Tulane game that was on ESPN 360 but was blacked out locally.

My work must block proxy settings, it won't allow it.
