Record a session where you open the browser, open the page to vote, vote, submit, close the browser, and save it. Set the properties to run it in a loop and off you go.
My work computer can run a Remote Desktop Connection on the same computer. I started the macro running and went back to work. That's it.

It won't record the scroll wheel on the mouse if you did that. You'll need to actually click on the scroll bar.
