Having lived in the mighty, bustling metropolis areas of Shreveport, New York, Dallas, Ft Worth, and Austin, I can say my favorite skyline is the one I can't see looking in any direction from anywhere on my property.

I’ve lived in Austin for 15 years and none of what you said directionally makes any sense

Exactly what I was going to say. I'm not sure this guy has ever even been to Texas.

I’m a huge YouTube documentary watcher

I can't stand the AI ads. Some of them don't even make sense. One that pops up a lot for me is about "the best new way to check your blood glucose levels" while it shows a lady putting a regular pulse oximeter on her finger.

Mine never went out but my wife's did. We're on two separate plans as mine is a business account and hers is private. Wonder if that made a difference

My entire company is on Verizon business. It's been weird. My phone cant make calls unless I'm in the middle of a metro area, but mobile data works. Our internet boxes work at all offices and my house. One of my branch managers has a business phone and a personal phone, both on Verizon, and neither are working for him at all. DFW and Austin areas.

started mine at 40, wife was 35

I was just shy of 40 when our first daughter was born. Wife was a few days away from being 35. Our 2nd is 4.5 months old. Both daughters' and my wife's birthdays are all within a week of each other. :banghead:

The obvious downside is you know waiting means that's 10-15 fewer years you'll get to spend with your kids and grandkids. However, I had those years to start, establish, and grow my business. My wife has a masters degree, as well.

Mobile data just came back on for me after no signal since about noon. Calls and texts are 50/50 though

Where did Ffrench end up?
I watched this last night. Pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Andrew Garfield did a fantastic job, and the jumps told the story in a way that set up all the feels at the end. I definitely hugged my wife and daughters a little tighter after the movie was over.

renting someone for a year

I legitimately don't see the point of redshirting anyone at this point.
3/4 of the programs have never won a natty, and I hope it stays that way. I don't want to hear about the Big Ten winning 3 straight, and to hell with Ole Miss. Go Canes.

It not being the same four teams is fresh, at least.

This, which also usually coincides with the opening of dove hunting season. One of my favorite weekends of the entire year.

Yeah, it's Lampasas

I lived in Marble Falls for about 15 years, and still have an office and house there. Heading down tomorrow, gonna go right thru Lampasas. I'm there so often, I didn't even change my DL address when I moved. We probably have mutual FB friends

Good to see he's doing well. I asked a few FD friends if they'd heard any details, but nothing yet.

Multiverse of Madness probably plays a role here, as does Deadpool 3.

Loki series is a good watch, and Loki is probably going to be in this.

Is that Lampasas on that brush truck? I know the Shipleys have a ranch real estate business in Burnet County, and live somewhere around Burnet or Marble Falls. I've done business with some of their clients, but not them directly. I can try to find out some details from FD buddies.

What is Washington’s play here?

Pete Thamel was just on Finebaum a little bit ago, and he basically said Washington has nothing they can do. He even went so far as to say the tampering accusations hold no weight.
