but that offense is legit.

Yes it is and it will take our best effort to beat 'em. But this LSU team is special and I like our odds.

Skip Bayless sits on his mouth. Maybe somebody should turn him upside down.

Let Skip think what he wants. Skip said "it's a joke LSU is ranked number one. You'll see." Let the fool be happy. He and Robert Smith can cuddle after we win our third straight title in NOLA.

they give up yards and go for turnovers. bill young knows they don't have horses

plus, the big12 has a ton of good offenses. i think 6 in the top 10

SFP, you and i both know LSU will play ball control and run over them.

And if you put that ball in the air 60 times against LSU you're going to turn it over enough to be beaten by LSU. They may get yards and points ... but it won't be enough because they won't be able to sustain perfection through the air every drive IMO.

Especially with their timing being off after a month of down time.

but this thread and the statement were about yards and points

OSU is still the scariest possible team left

Didn't LSU beat WVU 47-21?

Tigers scored 47 points on the WVU's defense (currently ranked 23rd).

Tigers offense should be successful against the Cowboys' 110th ranked defense.

We never had a hard time stopping WVU when the game was in doubt.Early we shut them down for the most part and got a big lead. After that they piled up some yards and got within 7.Claiborne returned the kickoff and we preceded to shut them down after that until the last 2 drives when we were up huge.People can look at the total stats and make a conclusion if they want but real football people take stats in context.Game on the line=we pretty much shut down WVU,game a blowout=WVU piles up yards on 60 throws. Not impressed.Okie St. Could hang for a while if we don't get turnovers.Good luck with that.Stats don't always tell the whole story when taken in the context of the game concept.

Ware and Ford would both be over 150 w/ 2tds each against the Pokes.

again

OSU runs the same offense, but with better players running it

OSU would throw 50-60 times, too. that's their offense

The OSU defense is garbage. The entire Big 12 is garbage. I'd much rather play the Pokes than Bama, or even Oklahoma.

We will see how much our pass d has improved in two weeks

I like our chances in N.O. Against okie light. No pressure on weeden would mean a long night. They had 650 yards of offense against tubbs D
