Herman can want the Texas job all he wants, it ain't coming open anytime soon.. Strong has Texas Ranked and going in the right direction. No way they fire him.

You realize that this thread was about whether or not UH has money to throw at Tom Herman during a contract bidding war? They do, end of argument.
The facilities, conference, prestige, etc. are all in LSU's favor, but that doesn't change the fact that UH can and will match LSU's offer during a bidding war. The hope is that he wants what LSU can offer and doesn't want to keep building UH and/or hold out for another job.
