our students suck. they boo the other fans in the pmac. why would any recruit want to be a part of that?? just stay in the dorms and play your wii and dream about having a girlfriend. you clearly dont know anything about being a fan of LSU.

I was so ready for this game and the student section. It was kind of a let down with the newspapers done halfass and damn near no fricking towels being waved behind the baskets or anywhere for that matter

Okay. Let me tell you about how raucous the Deaf Dome was in the 80's when we went to 2 final fours. Students camped out for a couple of days for big games and the student section was loud from beginning to end. The chants of L-S-U were unending!! Who can ever forget Mike the Tiger coming down out of the ceiling of the Assembly Center.
Those were the days!!!

Let me put it to you this way:
If ya'll were to graded on how intimidating ya'll were tonight as opposed to other student sections, what do you think you guys would get as a whole?
And I'm not talking about individuals because I know there are those that yell their asses off.
I'd say an A for showing up, but a D as far as making noise. That's a C overall.
C = the suckage
More noise, smarter cheers, more participation and the SS easily moves up to a C, B, or even (dare I say it) an A?
It obvious that some of the students don't think it's cool to cheer for the team or they are just self-concious. Time to change the culture of LSU basketball.
