Talking trash on a message board is pathetic in my opinion. I will never understand how talking about academics to someone who very well may be smarter than you gets anyone any satisfaction. I will also never say anything offensive about that bonfire accident as much as I would not say anything about Katrina.

I just can't find the effort in me to go on and on to opposing fans I don't even know or care about. They can say anything and everything they want to and I'll just read it and either laugh or shake my head.

On the real however, this will be a close game. LSU either plays up or down to its opponents, outside of ULM.

Sucks what you have to do when you want boats to have access to the biggest waterway on the continent.

Not sure. Think some pwt losers were just looking for opportunities to make Bonfire jokes and say stupid shite that they would never say to our faces.

There are just some opponents that are so bad, you can't even play down to them. (e.g. ULM)

Does every opposing fanbase not have access to Google maps or anything? I can't tell you how many times I've heard or read insults about New Orleans/Katrina even though our school is 80 miles from NOLA. The usual one is "we're gonna finish what Katrina started, dur dur." If they would replace Katrina with Gustav, it would start to make some sense.

I don't know what Katrina has to do with LSU. It's not even the same fricking city. Jesus Cajun, if you're going to talk trash, do it intelligently.

Anyway, my only trip to LSU was in 05 for a rugby game. We stomped your asses into the turf, hooked up with your women, and then stopped by Chimes on the way out of town for some red beans and rice (which were delectable by the way). It was a great time.

ok, it seems we may have all gotten off on the wrong foot. I think we can all find some common ground. I'm a big Saints fan. I assume most of yall are too. Who Dat! I see that the Saints Executive Vice President (aka Rita Benson LeBlanc) is an Ag. See we can get along.

Now this is some reasonable trash talking. Although, I'll just focus on varsity sports. For instance, the second round of the NCAA tourney in 06.

Some of us know. And some of us were probably more affected by Katrina in Houston than anyone in BR was. People on the internet are stupid - don't put too much into anything the internet says.

I have never met a fanbase with more of an insecurity issue then A&M. Maybe the Tool in PowerTool's name has more connection to his mental stability than one would initially think. A&M had the opportunity to step out from the shadow of being UT's little brother only to get backhanded by UT. But hell who can blame them for trying to soak up the little amount of limelight they will have before UT takes back the Big 12/10/?. I have honestly yet to meet an Aggie that I liked and that trend seems to be continuing.
