To his credit Les did answer the question, albeit in typical Les speak:
"I think if you watch our calls that we did throw the football down the field. We didn't necessarily get the football down the field. And I can tell you that the pass rush.. we did consider Jarrett Lee. But we felt like with the pass rush that we were getting that we needed a guy that could move the seat and not sustain that pass rush."
Translation:
"We called plays to get the ball downfield, but the QB couldn't or didn't execute said plays. We thought about putting Lee in but figured that since thier d-line was kicking the shite out of our o-line, the pressure would have forced Lee into turnovers and ended our chances alot earlier than they did."
Off the record Les: "We were fricked either way a QB. One has had no clue for 4 years and another who at the slightest hint of pressure just lets it fly wherever. At least Jefferson gave us the "possibility" of scrambling for yardage. We chose the lesser of two evils and hoped our defense/special teams could win the game."

You want to make $4m a year coaching the Tigers? You got to be able to take a little heat.

between the cajun cannon's ramble and the mad hatters mumbling I really have no clue what to think but from the look on CLM face I think he wanted to pull that hat down and just disappear

Well if the first guy can't get the job done and it looks like you are fricked anyway, put in the second guy and give him a chance.
