He never stopped doing it and it didn’t start in 08. He and Jimbo fought constantly, he and his former OCs have talked about it. There were threads about it the last couple years of his tenure here. It’s like everyone forgot all the reveals that came to light later in his career here.

remember the interview with crowton after he left? He said it was not his offense. crowton had his spread passing game similar to what mizzou ran with miles power run game. GAry said miles plans were to always keep it close and pull it out in the 4th. we saw exactly that so many times we lost count.

never heard of the POWER SPREAD?
1 of the 4 main branches of the spread.
most who say spread do not know wtf they are talking about.
we ran a hybrid power run game and spread pass game in 2007.
no, it was not the joe brady PRO STYLE spread, nor air raid, nor spread option nor power spread but there were those concepts in the pass game at times.

Yep, also remember a Cam underling talking about how Cam had a 2nd and short, shot play package he called his 90% package and Miles completely threw it out.
