If Alleva was running our Petrochem industry, we wouldn't be able to afford to be LSU fans.
Gameday Costs: Same as usual
Gameday Revenue: Same as usual, minus aprox 90,000 x 30 = $2,700,000
Entertainment: 2 series
Player experience: 2 series
On a three day weekend.
No Plan B.
Plan C: Refund money
AD Salary: $550k annually
I suspect some of those folks that run large companies around town whose businesses require contingency plans made some phone calls today... The same ones who buy those suites.

It's a neutral site game and LSU will buy the tickets from lambeau. I imagine LSU would be responsible for issuing refunds and would recover their refund from lambeau. I also bet they play the game on Sunday negating the whole question.

Well, its a damned hypothetical question. The fact s, McNeese shouldn't be responsible for issuing a refund for an event in which they were not the host.

Wouldn't a better plan be to set up a location for people to trade their physical ticket - which has been scanned - for a cash refund?
Or better yet, print up 100K t-shirts that say "It never rains in Tiger Stadium" and give one to each person who can present a ticket?

Yeah because that makes so much sense logistically.
You really expect LSU to have 2.5 million in cash on hand in the ticket office?

Not if you flew in from say Seattle. Or DC. Or from where ever people came from. We're driving distance. Personally I think this refund is nuts. Season ticket holder.

I have 4 season tickets that I sold for this game on Craigslist. The guy is going to meet me again and I'm going to give him back what he paid me. On the other hand, I bought 2 season tickets from someone on the ticket exchange and I'm sure I won't get that refund but I'm ok with that.
