I was in New York right after the 2007 Sugar Bowl and while we were waiting to go to Letterman, we went into the Hello Deli and Rupert saw my LSU sweatshirt and started talking to me about how good Jamarcus played in the bowl game.

2 weeks ago I was in Denver's airport and They had about 3 or 4 LSU people waiting to get on the plane. The pilot passed us to get on and was joking saying he couldn't let us on the plane because he was a BAMA fan. We got on the plane and he said "welcome to all the LSU fans" and when we landed he said Roll Tide and somebody at the front of the plane was yelling Tiger Bait

I was at Yankee Stadium the day of the SC game last year and got a great response from the New Yorkers then cabbed it to Turtle Bay to catch the game with 100+ Tiger fans. Great day.

LSU fans took over Destin this past week. Tents, flags, balconey banners, hats and shirts. My LSU board shorts got me some GEAUX TIGERS.

I was in Vegas the week of July 4th and wore my LSU shirt out to the pool and got a "geaux tigers" from someone. I also had table service next to the samoan football player from USC at Prive and tigerbaited him. He didn't like it.

Should have told him:

Some have one
Most have none
Only one has two
And that's LSU!

Also should have asked him if they're going to beat Stanford this year?

If that was Rey you're lucky he didn't kill you. I've heard stories of Rey getting drunk and violent.

Saw an an LSU fan who got really pissed off when he saw my USC cap. He angrily yelled Fu** USC. I had to laugh at him and calmly put him in his place. He did not know what to say.

Saw a couple of othes there and talked to one who was personable, as we talked about RP who had just got kicked off the day before.

It was this guy. Maybe he's not Samoan. I have no clue how I recognized him. He's apparently a baller. He had diamond earrings that were about 5 carats each. Not to mention the cost of bottle service at Prive on July 4th. He was cordial until he realized I was not a USC fan and only out to tigerbait him.

Needless to say I saw quite a few USC idiots there and I got quite a few stares. Now that was fun!

I get the same here in BR and elsewhere from LSU fans. The latest was a whisper "Look at this shite".

I had a "Geaux Tigers" moment on the San Antonio Riverwalk. My oldest daughter was sporting a NC shirt and I had on my Good, Bad and The Ugly...Saw many hats and tshirts around town.

the paparazzi are everywhere in Prive. He knew better than that. Rey was getting tipsy but he wasn't trashed. He had a lot of girls that kept trying to get into our section and try to hang out with him.

One of my ole miss friends came down to Gulfport to visit and we were walking around Beau Rivage and my friend said, "Is there an LSU event going on here tonight?" there wasn't. it's just like that.

Chandler, Arizona. Last weekend. Arizona Long Course Age Group Swimming State Championships. Both days I saw a guy with an LSU T-shirt on. Too busy with the kids to chat with him. Seen him at other meets as well. Maybe next time. Maybe he reads this board?

makes sense. a school with a large number of unsophisticated, poor fans should have a higher number of fans that frequently wear athletic attire than a typical university

Yeah, the Bammers can be that way. As for LSU fans, many of us, unlike any Tulane fans I've ever met, exhibit class, not class warfare. It must suck to be you.
