It wouldn't work, even for big games - the logistics would be impossible. TGBFTL belongs doing pre-game in Death Valley.
However, if it's the championship game of a SuperRegional at the Box, with the winner going to Omaha, it might be kinda cool to see the band at a pre-game pep rally parade around the stadium, doing pre-game, then leaving before the game starts.

Anybody with an actual pair of nuts can go against the grain and admit that a band twice a year wouldn't ruin tradition of baseball..but then again a pair of nuts might not be on your to do list
