baseball is completely different than football and baseball. A pep band doesn't fit in baseball games ever. Can you think of any high school college or pro level team that has a pep band at every game?

Baseball has always been very popular among LSU students, but I think football has spoiled many of our students now of days and the commitment the students had in the 90s is no longer there.
note: I remember in the 90s that every weekend series game there would be a line of people waiting to get student tickets.

Am I really the only one here that can recall them doing this in the past?
I'm not vouching for it as a great idea, I just have a distinct memory of them doing it previously. As I said, I think it was only one game a year, and the last time they did it would have been in either Skip's early years or the late Jack Lamabe days.
Nobody else remembers that?

Yeah it was in Skip's early years. Nothing is ever embraced on this site if it's not mainstream. You get cheese dicks that come out of the woodworks to protest like Harry Coleman. Hell if Skip tried it in the day why not now.
