Yeah it might sound like a great hire but he would just turn out to be a mirror image of Kevin Sumlin IMO... Sumlin got lucky one year at A&M with a slap dik Johnny Football and look where they are now.

Pehaps not considered a great coach, but Miles was a very successful P5 coach that led a program at a big-time level for a number of years. Herman has 1 year of experience as the CEO.
