Seeing that they are getting different opinions from different doctors. To be cleared to play, do the doctors' decisions have to be unanimous to clear him, or can one doctor clear him for Florida to be like "Okay Teabag, go play your heart out"?

Brantley is a r/s soph btw. He is a pocket passer but has had 3 yrs of learning the offense and the option...he will run the ball when needed. If I were a tiger I'd be really concern about # 2 & # 3 coming out of the backfield on counters between the guards...one missed tackle and they are greyhounds taking it the distance.

And Id worry about Jefferson getting colorblind if he has to throw over 25 passes...# 1 and # 5 will be lurking. Just remember this isnt 2007 when we came to ts with 9 new starters and played mostly frosh on defense.

LSU is what...12th in the SEC in total offense? And ranked 99th in the country? That means Vandy has more offensive production? WTF. After saturday...plan on being about 110th in the country.

Had Meyer come out and said Tebow is out for 2-3 weeks, why would we prepare for Tebow???

b/c coaches lie

Miles knows this, because he does it to

if there was ANY chance of Tebow playing, LSU was going to prepare for him

unless it was a broken leg, seperated shoulder etc....something that was obviously going to keep him out

LSU was going to prepare for him, and it would be stupid not to

how fricking dumb would the LSU staff be if the answer was in question (whether Tebow will play or not), but they went off of what Urban said and didn't prepare for a 2 time nat'l title winning heisman qb?

then on gameday, low and behold Tebow starts the game....in the post game presser Miles says "Well, Urabn said Tim was out, so we had to change our game plan b/c we didn't prepare for him"

seriously?

Which answers your question regarding what is the advantage of saying Tebow took snaps if he didn't.

there would be, and has been, so much evidence pointing towards Urban wanting him to play, his words couldn't have hid it

this isn't 1959

he shouldn't play. if he does, he won't play well.

I don't think he plays.

Doesn't matter if Tebow plays or not. The key matchup is their D against our OL and QB. Regardless of who plays QB for UF, we still have to find a way to score 20-28 points.

I think Urban has proven that he is a somewhat competent head coach so I highly doubt any Gator fans are questioning who Meyer has taking snaps at practice.

Every Gator fan I have talked to thinks definitely, without a doubt Tebow plays this game so their intelligence is HIGHLY questionable. Plus, nobody with an IQ over 100 wears jeans shorts in 2009.

Tebow if very competitive and wants to play. Urban is a piece of shite who will put a W above the health of a kid. Therefor, I think Tebow not only plays but he starts.

If Brantley is the starter the play calling won't change a bit, except they may not use him as as fullback on short yardage runs like Tebow does. I don't see anything else being different and Brantly will still run their option runs on normal downs. He' probably as mobile as Jefferson is.

To make the LSU defense waste time studying Tebow film and how to contain him.
This is being overblown. "Tebow film" is all we have on UF. The system is the system. It's not like we were going to only show our players film on the 20 plays their backup QB has played. The biggest difference is how aggressive we can be on defense. When Tebow drops back to pass, he is always a threat to run and has to be contained as much as pressured. We can be more aggressive with their backup becasue he is not the runner that Tebow is.

really in all actuallity florida losing this game means nothing as for as the sec because i do not see any way at all any team but florida could win the east.you never want to lose a game but florida has never won a title going undefeated in football so if they lose to lsu here saturday and beats lsu or alabama in sec championship game they will still get a chance at the crystal ball

Lsu is in the same boat. Both teams will still control their own destiny after this game in all likelhood unless one of them gets terribly blown out.

If Tebow plays it's on him. If he gets hurt I want worry about it. The ref's worry me. They think he is the 2nd.coming. If he doesn't want to get hit maybe he should try chess.
