They lost to Oklahoma 34-19. So let's see how we do on Saturday and then we can be realistic about how we would match up in an opt out bowl game.

LSU is 4-4 against bowl eligible P4 teams. Tulane is 0-2 and now has a loss to an unranked G5 team. What makes you think Tulane could go 4-2 if they played 6 more bowl eligible P4 teams when they lost to the only 2 they faced. It’s absurd to completely disregard that dramatic difference in schedule strength when evaluating the W-L record of teams.

If Toolame played an SEC schedule they would be closer to 5-7 rather than 9-3. Would be underdog to every SEC team except Moo State.

I agree that they aren't warranted and would not be one of the best 12 teams, no more than teams like Boise State are.
