What amazes me still is that some "fans" continue to defend all of this as "to be expected... deal with it".

BS - I don't want THUGS passing themselves off as "swag" representing MY alma mater.

I totally disagree with the notion that in order to win you have to accept bad behavior.... the two are not linked...

Piss poor teams can have plenty of thugs... and really good teams are not good because of the thugs... largely they are successful in spite of the thugs.

I love this dude. I love what he does for LSU and he is exciting as hell to watch on the field.

But for all that is good he HAS to stop this shite.

I thought the trash talking during the game was a motivation device, and IRL he was a good dude. He sounds like a total jackass IRL.

This
Guy needs to quit running his mouth, keep his head down and get back to playing ball. It's one thing to talk shite to opponents on the field, but to be pissed at the fanbase b/c of ur screw up?
Was thinking maybe this would humble him in a way, but doesn't look that way

All that talk, and all that strut, & all that swagger as some folks call it. Dude needed a needle to get his head in the door.

Now that decision will give NFL scouts another reason to knock his ability at the next level. To go along with wariness over his size, they'll question his maturity and/or decision-making skills off the field.

Tyrann, hope that hit was worth it. This kinda sh!t is gonna end up costing you something that's way more tangible than a football game.

He just made a little mistake that 100% of all college students make. What's the big deal? Quit holding him back, people! Quit victimizing this innocent. /sarc

Shits beginning to get out of hand. Les needs to get their asses off of Facebook and Twitter before they say something they will regret.

MAKE TWITTER AND FACEBOOK OFF LIMITS DURING THE SEASON...obviously, they can't handle both...

Dude, some of these tards on this board would defend these players if one came to their house and slapped their mom right in front of them.
I dont get the love fest either.... not when it comes to bringing a neg light instead of a positive one to LSU.

I'll say something positive: I'm positive that what they did was a stupid mistake. Now learn from it. They don't play for FIU....They're number one and in the running to WIN IT ALL!!!!

How does Tyrann expect people to react to this?? Learn from your mistakes and do better, man! We need you!!!

Let me help the honey badger out here as he is my son's favorite player in the world. What you need to say son.

First of all I want to apologize to my team mates, and members of the LSU family. I acted irresponsibly and I let you guys and myself down. Life is full of choices and sometimes we make bad ones. I made a bad decision and I accept complete full responsibly for my actions and behavior. I have no excuses and I am not going to offer any. I knew better and I know better, and I accept the punishment handed down without complaint.
I am embarrassed and disappointed in myself and my shortcomings in this. I promise my team mates, coaches and fans that this will not happen again. I realize what a great honor and privilege it is to play football in college let alone a great place like LSU. I am going to work twice as hard both on the field and off it to make sure that I become not only a best player I can but the best person I can. I am going to make mistakes along the way on the field and probably some off as well. But you have my sincerest apology for this poor decision on my part, and my promise I will not make this mistake again. I will not waste the second chance I have been given by Coach Miles. I am going to stay positive, learn this lesson, and work harder than ever now. I am sorry for letting you guys down. I will make it up to you I promise. Geaux Tigers!
