It seems like Les continues to believe that Loston will be cleared in late August, but I am kind of confused. Could he be taking correspondence classes to strengthen his grades right now, which will be sent to the Clearinghouse soon? That would be the only way for anything to make sense.
Btw, does anyone know if Stefoin Francois will be practicing with the team starting tomorrow?

Lacy actually had two classes this summer and he made A's in both of them (which he took at LSU), but that wasn't part of his grade point because he has already graduated and needed them to be eligible. Apparently, if you re-take classes you can improve your grade point by substituting the new grades for the old grades. Both his parents are college grads and he seems intelligent enough, just lazy. He just put in the effort finally. But, that doesn't explain the character issues though.

I wouldn't say that he barely qualified for the team. The SEC requires an extra math course for JC transfers.

Word around dutchtown a couple months ago was that he was allowed to drop his hard classes and was allowed to take the bare necessity required to graduate and qualify. This is BS if true because i have friends that couldn't walk at graduation, from Dutchtown, because they weren't allowed to drop classes.

it would be stupid to play a player with a broken wrist. Its going to take a long time for that bone to heal because it gets virtually no blood flow from what i've read

The only reason to play him is the fact that he'll be eligible to leave after 3 years....Might as well use those 3 years on the field as apposed to wasting one sitting on the bench.

Loston is probably taking an intersession class which is only two weeks to get qualified.
