Yeah, kid made a mistake and it may cost him more than he ll know. If we lock up Franks and I heard Del Rio outplayed him in camp but due to transferring had to sit. He may never see the field again for UF with the yr suspension.

People have said that his son's doctor is in Baton Rouge. Not sure how much truth there is to that but I've seen it said multiple times

The reason Felipe left no longer exists. He wanted to go to LSU. That's why he picked/chose LSU, and NOT Florida.
Logic tells me he will more likely be playing for LSU than Florida.

I agree, i suspect Florida will be really good for the foreseeable future with coach McElwain.

At the time of his de commit Les was already rumored out the door. If that was the case why didn't he wait it out?

We ll see how the chips fall on NSD. Im just glad we have a coach who seems to have a plan on how he wants this team to play. Muschamp had no idea about offense, went through a OC every week it seemed.

It is clear to me from the language of the decommitment that wasn't sudden - he made it public during this time. I'm not sure what inference to draw from the timing.

Yea, no...He decommitted because no matter what happened, Cam wasn't going to be here. Cam was the one the recruited him and he was coming because of Cam.
Jimbo may be able to reel him back in. There was talk that he avoided FSU because he wanted to get away from his hometown.

I think there is a lot of validity with what DALSU is saying. I think Miles has some health issues or he is stepping down on his own b/c both LSU and him know the run is coming to an end, and instead of messing things up even more, get a new coach in here.
I think Miles and LSU respect each other and want to do what's best for LSU. I think that by not firing Miles and him stepping down on his own lets players, recruits, other coaches, etc know that LSU isn't in danger of anyting and that it's still a top notch place.

Fear of change and content with mediocrity does not equal "being the best LSU can be"! Since most of us DO want to win, logic and reason dictated that Miles had to go!
