It’s the same recipe every year for LSU.
Win 2/3 on average from your 10 SEC series. Win most of your midweek games and set yourself up for a national 8 seed. I don’t see how some fans haven’t figured this out by now. This blueprint has been known since Skip was the coach.
20-9 in the SEC will likely give you a top8 seed. We played Iowa and Texas too.
LSU just needs to secure a national 8 seed and then the season starts over.
Anything can happen. Mullygrubbing over a loss to Nicholls is just a waste of emotions.

Hell the’27 Yankees had a bad day once in a while and lost a few games. They did OK.
