Someone asked: do you think Florida loses two in a row?....Yes. My question: Do you think PP will have two subpar games in a row. I know he is just one player but I see him as the x factor. If he can shorten the field with great returns, the offense can get us more than 10 points. Ridley runs hard and has great vision. The defense is solid. WR's are capable. Why is the thought of beating Florida so hard to imagine?

It's an L for us and here's the reason: They are coming off a humiliating loss, and their coach will regroup and prepare them well. On the other hand, we're coming off a humiliating win, and our coach will spend the week playing video games.

If, and that is a big if, JL is handed the ball Monday morning and told he will be the starter and gets all the meaningful snaps in practice. Murphy isn't allowed to touch the ball, sorry no negative plays, and JL is told to make smart calculated decisions we will win.
I don't have a problem with a QB that flings the ball all over the field with a 130 QB rating and completes 60% of his passes.
I think he tried to force the pass in the endzone and should have thrown it away like he did with less than 2 minutes to go.

UF has a problem with their offense as well. UK was the ONLY game in which they scored in the 1st quarter this season (as a side note, UK lost to Ole Miss). I believe that Meyer turned to Burton bcuz he was finally at the point where they realized JB wasn't gonna get it done. They went to Burton and he was an unknown for UK. Bama had no problem whatsoever containing him.
We can beat UF if we limit TO's and move the ball with some type of consistency. They have a solid D but so do we. I think it will be low scoring and it will come down to whichever team limits their mistakes.
They outgained Bama but that's because Bama kept creating short field opportunities. Bama didn't even have to lean heavy on their run game. GM passed on UF's D and they used the run here and there. Bama held them to 6 points!

LSU will have to beat one pissed off Florida team after the beat down they got from the gumps. LSU may end up being tied to their whipping post

In every game, up to this point, LSU has had a significant advantage in talent level over their opponenets and still had to use smoke and mirrors to win. The Florida game will be the first game we play against an opponent of equal (if not more ) talent. We will need a lot more than smoke and mirrors here. We will need to play a near perfcet game on the road....and given the performances up to this point...I really don't see it happening....I hope I am wrong.

Go back and read all these negative comments as to why LSU will lose......Are these people gonna come out and admit that they were wrong? The rocketscientist got laughed off the board for having confidence in his team.
