I didn't do that yesterday, and didn't do anything similar today.
What I did was the equivalent of someone saying "Nuss' throwing motion lack of arm strength could be due to an oblique injury".

If it was in field of play I would have to guess he whiffed on a block and fell breaking his nose and giving himself a concussion
