I have but it didn’t cost my employer 1.5 million dollars to fire them.

I don’t give a shite how much you put on him. Anyone with 2 eyes realizes that it was O’s hire.

If E doesn’t succeed, he doesn’t get to hire another one.

I don't hire an electrician to come fix my plumbing. Canada didn't run the type of offense Orgeron wanted to run. Of course Canada didn't give him what he wanted.

So basically you like the hire because he's from the bayou.

The bad ones, however, tend to do it more often, which contributes to them being bad coaches. What’s O’s history like?

You don’t get the benefit of the doubt when you are the worst coach in Ole Miss’s history.

First off he fired Canada and hired SE to run his offense. You can't make judgment on this issue until you see the results but the man did as all Head Coaches do - replace what they see broke. He hired Canada and after not seeing what he wanted he replaced him. You might not like the SE hire but only time will tell.

I think the bigger issue is that no one wanted the OC job. Ensminger didn't even want it, Ed O had to talk him into it because he couldn't find anyone else.

I mean, isn't it a little odd he fired his chosen OC after one season, paid him over $1 million to leave, only to hire the interim coach?

But you have a point, we need to wait and see what the results are. It's the decision making that is strange.

We don’t need to. We have to. We already have a general idea of what they will be.

There was a lot of talk yesterday about the latest commitment and how he was a good player despite his 3* star ranking because of his offer list.

Can we apply that same logic to Coach O and Ensminger when discussing their offer lists?

This is the problem with people like you...you’re able to subdue your insanity in a somewhat reasonable op...but then completely lose it right after that.
