saban always gets a pass with many, if not most. it would be assumed it was the players fault letting him down. and that assumption would be right just as the lsu players are the ones that should get the blame for laying the egg against towson. but miles is a blame magnet, esp with his haters (of which there are and probably always will be many).

If Bama did it they probably wouldn't have been dropped in the poll.

It's a stupid question because Bama comes out ready for every game and they don't struggle against 1AA teams. Yea ULM a few years back but nothing since and especially not when they are competing for an SEC/National Championship.

South Alabama or some shitty school hung 21 on Bama last year and it wasn't in garbage time.

Nobody gave a shite.

Staying positive and defending their team. You seem to be upset that everyone isn't as miserable as you about lsu football.

Pointless thread.

You could say "what if" all damn day and it won't change the outcome on anything. None of what you're asking happened nor will it happen.

Like I said since he has recruited his players, changed the attitude post Shula, it does not happen. So yours is a mute point. And given that maybe ULM should not even be brought up me given the team and program they are showing themselves to be.

Then edit your thread title:what if Alabama had struggled to beat a pitiful 1AA team, for their second ugly victory in a row?

or its not. We'll find out on Saturday.

Unless we struggle. On the road. In the swamp. Then we'll drop to #6.

It wasn't really a bad game for bama.

I didn't think the Auburn game was that bad either when I looked at the stat sheet.

I guess I'll just continue to bury my head in the sand and enjoy every win even if it's not a blowout.
