We had a state track champion that ran a 4.27 hand timed 40 in football practice, so Peterson being able to run a 4.20 hand timed is not out of reach for him

I don't think you understand the actual difference between a hand timed 40 and electronically timed.
I guess you didn't click on the link. You can't spread lies based on facts, especially when they are posted by LSU and Moffit

i used to study 40s as a draft guru, bro
there are legit hand-timed 40s and then there are coaches lying about their players' speed
VT is the king of this. that's how mike vick, d hall, and kevin jones all run sub 4.2 40s while at VT and then get lots faster when non-VT people test them.
That's how Kevin Jones goes from a 4.19 (reported by VT) to a 4.55-4.61 (pro day, which means "hand-timed")
