Kiffin is likely moving on, for whatever reason(s), and SSark taking over as OC and QB coach.
At least that's what I hope happens. I have been a fan of Sark's offense and QBs for awhile. And even more importantly, QBs seemed to flock to him out of HS.

Honestly man, Kiffin is a decent OC and I certainly wouldn't mind him considering offenses we've had recently, but he by no means is my #1 choice.
